If there is a problem with your order, please Contact me within 24 Hours of receiving your package.

If you wish to Cancel your order, please Contact me within 24 Hours of placing your order.

Damaged Products:

If any shipment of candles is found broken, please take a photo, Contact me and dispose of the candle(s).

I will gladly replace any candle and ship it for you at no additional cost.
